Something that has been developing and failing since the 1970s, there is a lot going around about the good and bad side. What is your opinion? What are your favourite bands? What do you think it means? Let me know. What advice would you give to people who don't know what the genre/attitude is actually about?

I'm not a real big fan of punk. But when I was 15 i heard the sex pistols and i've loved em ever since. My fave song by them isnt appropriate for the forums though Smoke me a kipper. I'll be back for breakfast.

Boredom

This is punk, fast and loud, quite simple but with great lyrics and melody. The last couplet is "who are you trying to arouse? Get your hands out of my trousers!"

Other 70's bands that I like are Ramones, Stranglers, The Damned, Banshees, Pistols, X Ray Spex and loads more...
