Hey y'all I have to terstify that my wife aint home today cause she had to isolate NINE of her employees who ARE NOT SICK and have no symptoms who ARE VACCINATED but just tested positive for covid delta.

So our world is turnin a funny way to a weird phase, and... yknow I hope it worked I was a good whale and bought cosmetics and stuff in lieu of better way to say thanks to yall, but... I really wanna do it formally, even if anonymously.

Like... post and tell us how many jmods have kids and how many total if not tmi like names and ages. Just give us some broad info and then let us donate the same way we did stuff for mental health or wildlife but to a charitable fund thanking yall for updating during plague and helpin to keep us inside and alive.

Cause like... I dont think its Mod Raven's job to drive to server site and do stuff, but if like his clutch burned up, and garages around were full or price gouging... please let us donate so he dont have to take the bus and get delta. Like we dont really need to know what y'all would use the money for, but if we can help yall keep hands on the wheel then this runescape vessel will deliver a lot of us through even more lockdown isolation. Its worth it to me.

Maybe let us choose to stay anonymous so it wont look like any of us bought better luck with it or whatever, but really really... let us say thanks.

btw they have this at starbuck's its called the "cup fund" and baristas can apply for it whenever for whatever. I know UK has NHS, but... no way that rents Raven a car, or gets his clutch fixed. Whatever calamity befalls y'all... just know us players ready to lash you to the mast and drive hard to port.

I been thinking about this, and it occurs to me that the
optics
would be problematic like it might make it look like jagex is doin bad if jagex does a gofundme thing for its own employees, so... in lieu of bein like "I will set it up!" cause I am metacognizant of just how polarizing I can be... like y'all would maybe forfeit some players who don't like me (cause I fought that war on bandos real hard), so...

BETTER IDEA
: ask one of the vbloggers, and I vote rsguy, bibzuda, rainy, makeiru or some combination of them to do the publicity on it and have yer jagex charity guy work with them to set it up.

and if y'all ever do it then by all means hide this post, and I will never mention I had any part in the idea making of it.

None of the vaccines are full proof. Mainly they prevent complications if person contract Covid19. They were developed to cover the original SARS in 2002. The present virus is a mutated form. Anyway, think the internet saved a lot of lives by having something to use to prevent us from spreading the virus. But I do believe doctors better start going back to making house calls. People, with initial symptoms should be treated at home. Nurse Practitioners could probably help as well.

yeah dude those first lions at nyc zoo treated with merck nobivac, and I try to proselytize people vax their cats, but karens always like "thats just kennel cough." yes... and now better vaccines so that all zoo in america well vaccinated all lion, tiger, bear, and gorilla, so... prob to my eyes is too much private animal care and not enough nationalized animal health. america has 63 million feral cats, and thats gonna be a big problem soon.

I aint got any "when this is over" in me. To me this is the new normal.
