Recently Jagex listened to feedback from 4 years ago and lifted the requirement to access world 48 to 2600 total. Unfortunately this does not make it any less exclusive because as I type this there is just over 65000 people that meet this requirement. So in an effort to predict where an acceptable exclusivity level would be in 4 years time (of course assuming it takes just as long for Jagex to listen to the feedback), I suggest that the requirement to access world 48 be 200M in all skills.

Don't like a billion people have 200m all anyway?

Perhaps a world where only those that have reached 2000% enrage or above at Telos would be far more fitting of a requirement considering how very little people have achieved that (or will). Yeah, it's not total-level related, but it's sure as hell exclusive! .
