Ok due to feedback I'm going to change the requirement to 200m all skills AND you must headbutt almostlost at runefest. I'd also like a new world just for MQC people to quarantine them from the rest of the game like the roleplaying world.

w48 was good like 5 years ago when 2.4k actually meant something, it was really good for warbands too because all the annoying clans and pkers couldnt get in, except for naturare but he was alright
