So i was using the locations all over trying out them each to see if anything was wrong. I found one location that doesn't seem to have a time sprite working at it.

Location Everlight
Spot: Amphitheatre debris

There are 6 spots to excavate and only one side has a time sprite, where the other side doesn't have one. Making one side useless to train. Needs a Time Sprite added or else no one will use it.
