I assume that after playing this game for 13 years I have become cynical and if I am honest, 07 is the closest to the version of RS I recall enjoying. Yet I prefer the higher graphics and some of the later content which I feel has been worthwhile. I love the grindy tasks, quests and the like because they cannot be bought, but in my past rs life I hated all that stuff because I was lazy. Jagex seems to only cater to all of those types imho, though despite all of it, I cannot be lazy anymore because for me that first 99 was a grind and having it installed a sense of prestige. TH and mtx as a whole has ruined that prestige.

imo osrs is jsut a private serber now. so different then the actual 07 version.

and in my honest opinion that presteige can still be there because u are the one that let th and mtx debalue it. again ti comes down to if its there doesnt mean u have to use it. i understand how u can say it did that overall but dont agree with it as my own opinion.

those who feel forced to buy mtx or th is thier own devices because everyone is trying to be elitist and going for optimal exp and stats and etc.

sorry to hear about the not finding the prestige and such i hope u can refind it but odds are not. but i wish u best of luck man, [can continue chatting about this if u like ] Co-Owner of Stormguard...the bird is the word.
