Actual fishing rates.

I'm curious what the fastest xp rate for fishing actually is. I'm not talking about fishing frenzy which was good for power levelling inv gear but too exhausting for regular play.
I've spent a fair amount of time at both menaphos and prif waterfall.
I personally feel that menaphos is quicker, but that might just be because the xp drops are more regular, though I vaguely recall thinking it took less time to level a rod-o-matic when at prif than at menaphos.
Have you found this to be the case?
Also do you have any information as to actual fishing rates? I know the wiki has a section on this, but I don't personally feel it's that accurate and it definitely does not take the crystal urchins into consideration nor the skilling boost for t8 at phos.
