=== Mechanics ===
- For the captain you sent on the voyage, 1 of their traits is removed.
- Priority is based on:
1. Any negative trait (decreased stats, %, ex. Albatross or Nearsighted) is removed 1st, based on order listed.
2. For positive traits, they are removed in the order they are listed.
=== Perfect Endgame Captains ===
- I will use examples to explain how you can get perfect +4% on your Shield tier captains (cost 35,000 chimes and have 2100+ stats in specialty at level 10).
- Liability: -1% Total Ship Combat
- Tactician: +1% Total Ship Combat
- Seafriend: +1% Total Ship Seafaring
- Pacifist: -100 Combat
- Slayer: +100 Combat
- Goal is to obtain Tactician x4 (+4% Combat) on your Combat captain.
- Order listed: Liability, Tactician, Tactician, Tactician
- What to do: Send captain on trait removal voyage ONCE to remove Liability. Then send same captain to obtain 4th Tactician trait.
- Order listed: Seafriend, Pacifist, Tactician, Tactician
- What to do: Send captain on 1st trait removal voyage to remove Pacifist. Send same captain again to remove Seafriend. Send captain twice to obtain 2 more Tactician traits.
- Order listed: Tactician, Tactician, Tactician, Slayer
- What to do: Send captain on 4 trait removal voyages in a row. Only then do you send for 4 Tactician trait voyages in a row.
I recommend having 2 Morale, 1 Combat, and 2 Seafaring captains at endgame, with +4% in their specialty.
