===== Section 40: Ports & Invention =====
- Do not disassemble Reefwalker's Cape and Leviathan Ring - no special components given.
- Scrimshaws can not be disassembled.
- All ports items give 3 special components upon disassembly.

- Only superior versions (top/bottom) may be augmented.
- Level 87 Invention required for Ports components (Resilient, Silent, Oceanic).
- Each component gives 2,100 Invention XP in gizmos.


Tetsu equipment: Resilient components
Examine: Harder than iron, harder than steel

Tetsu (including Superior/Augmented/Elite t88 versions):
- Kogake
- Kote
- Helm
- Platelegs
- Body
- Katana
- Wakizashi

Other:
- Mizuyari (t85 spear)
- Masuta's warspear (t82 halberd)


Bulwark: the ability Debilitate deals no damage but gains up to 6% per rank (max 18%) extra duration from shield value.
Refined: 5% chance per rank (max 15%) of preventing a resource depleting when gathering


Death Lotus equipment: Silent components
Examine: Heady, with notes of leather and venom

Death Lotus (including Superior/Augmented/Elite t88 versions):
- Tekoh
- Tabi
- Hood
- Chaps
- Chestplate
- 50 Darts
- 50 Off-hand Darts


Lucky: 0.5% chance per rank (max 2.5%) when hit that the damage dealt will be reduced to 1.
Honed: 2% per rank (max 10%) higher chance of successfully gathering items.


Seasinger equipment: Oceanic components
Examine: This material was salvaged from the armour of those who sing to beasts

Seasinger (including Superior/Augmented/Elite t88 versions):
- Aonari
- Asari
- Hood
- Bottom
- Top
- Makigai
- Kiba

Other:
- Relic of Aminishi (rare)


Invigorating: boosts adrenaline gained from auto-attacks by 10% per rank (max 30%).
Polishing: 3% chance per rank (max 9%) of transmuting a gathered resource to a higher tier.

Switched from recommending Ostentatious Shipwright to Maritime Shipwright since Ancient Bones matters the most from Ports.

===== Section 37: Optimal Crew Setups =====
If your goal is maximize all voyage rewards (resources/trade goods/10% boosts):
- Loop region: 6 MCS, 4 TCM, 2 JOD, 1 Wisp
- Shield region: 6 MCS, 4 TCM, 3 Exiles

If your goal is only Completionist Cape/Trimmed/scroll voyages, with no care for resources/trade goods:
- Loop region: 6 MCS, 4 JOD, 3 Wisps
- Shield region: 7 MCS, 4 Exiles

=== Myself (Kags) Personally ===

- My tier 35K chimes captains: 2 Morale, 1 Combat, 2 Seafaring captains, with +4% traits (x4 Leader/x4 Tactician/x4 Seafriend) on each. The reason being there is not that many pure combat trade good voyages as compared to pure morale trade good voyages.
- I use
Maritime Shipwright
(+8% Seafaring, +5% Morale/Combat/Speed).
The reason being that all 3 of the Shield region's Ancient Bones voyages requires Seafaring.

- I use 6 MCS (Morale/Combat/Seafaring), 4 TCM (Terracotta Merchants), and 3 Kharidian Exiles.
