Sorry but support won't fix this. If you have a username for login people are brute forcing them either cause they're bored or going to try and blackmail/extort you for GP to stop. I've heard using VPNs or mobile data can sometimes help.

You know I go back in this game. One thing old timers hate is whiners. Staking is dumb and requires no real skill. All they do is box. If you want to do pvp do it right and actually duke it out using the stuff the game offers like range, mage and real melee. Real pk is actually very fun and the most challenging part of the game. Because you are fighting somebody with true random attacks. There was this one guy who I used to always duel because he was so fun to fight. We used to pk together,in the wildy, together with my old clan. Later the clan the pk part of the clan still existed and we did pk worlds. I miss him so much. He taught me so much about the mechanics of this game.
