for anyone struggling with the familiar special, you can set a hotkey for the familiar left click option, just make sure it is set to special attack, and spam that button.

What's the best way to make lots of holy water. Honestly don't even remember the item.

You need to get the bull roarer (cooked wrapped oomilie to the Forester near Khazari Jungle) and almost a full inventory of golden bowls. It'll take awhile to bless them all and half as long to fill them in the jungle.
You'll need to teleport out of the jungle to keep the water in them. You need a Book of Binding (which is in your bookcase) and lots of vials to enchant. Enchanting removes your prayer and magic levels so you're going to need a source of restoring both of those efficiently to make a lot.
It's not an automated process (at least from what I could do) and each vial needs to be used on the blessed bowl (filled with water from the spring in the jungle) to fill.
It'll take awhile but it's worth it.
Is holy water a one-use item? (I'm assuming it is but thought I'd check just in case).

They are, but you can make many of them, if you have 27 blessed Golden Bowls.

Nihil is not better (it adds +5% magic accuracy), but
easier
to manage than a Steel Titan, so it is the way for the less experienced PVM'ers, because the Titan adds a level of multi-tasking complexity.
Multi tasking is not hard, the key is to have a good interface layout (without tabs idealy)
Good guide, was very close to how I did it although I used Acensions and Nox staff. I found that most waves with the exception of the celestial dragons, magic worked extremely well and meant I barely had to switch, even on Airuts (which I thought would give me more of a problem) the wave took probably 20-25 seconds with thresholds, if they did their roar attack I would switch to range and use rapid fire.
TD's were also extremely quick with using holy water (to get it's shield off only) and I highly recommend it to be used.
As was said I would also tend to only use the Sunshine Ultimate when adrenaline potions were off cooldown and would try and save it for waves such as the Kalgerion demons (during this d&D was my first time fighting them outside DG
) which would make them possibly one of the quicker waves dependent on how lucky you are with hits.
I am not very familiar with the amulet of souls, but would probably suggest using dragonrider instead. Paticularly on Ganodermic/Jadinko waves, I would try and line as many as I could in order for the ability dragonbreath to hit as many monsters as possible, the extra damage came in really handy in my opinion!
I also used the ring of vigour very useful for getting back up to thresholds after you use sunshine (I really recommend no other Ultis being used)
Ultimately it does require a little bit of luck and gear to do, but I am sure it is perfectly possible to do with t80... Best of luck everyone!
Edit
: also just realised i probably just said the same things as others on this thread but oh well
