Sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere else so I'll ask it here. One comp req is claiming the slayer exp lamp from morvran for completing 20 waves on any difficulty. Does that have to be a reward run? I would like to get that lamp and the slayer master title at the same time on a practice run.
Obtaining the Slayer Master title does not require you to be on a reward run.

Yes I know that, thank you, my question was wondering whether you have to be on a reward or not to get Morvran's Slayer Exp lamp, which has nothing to do with the Slayer Master title. The wiki and the comp req only says impress morvran by finishing 20 waves on any difficulty and claim the slayer exp lamp. I would prefer not to have to pass wave 20 on reward run for the lamp if I get the Slayer Master title on a trial run.
I read guides before doing this and saw people having zero trouble and not being a pvmer I was sadly stuck with a lot of waves being tormented demons but eventually after a few hours of being 3 seconds off lol I got it done, reward was a nice bonus as I got steads and an onyx, kept them both and sold steads later after the j-mod leak on twitch.

Lol I didn't know this minigame drop glacor boots. Made some bank there while getting my kills.
Nice guide btw. One time I got 5 tds in 1 wave that was painful though. Managed to made it to wave 23 with only Superior elite void + Chaotic staff. Don't need aura but I did use superior element scrimshaw which kind of help.
You don't really need holy water. Just bring Chaotic Maul + ranged switch to kill TDS. You don't need to mage switch for this kill. Like OP said start off with ranged threshold than quickly switch to chaotic maul, after like 3-4 hits switch back to ranged and use ranged threshold again. Repeat.
Celestial dragon get wrecked easily with ranged, just use frag+rapid+snap and it should be dead.
Make sure to take advantage of adrenaline pot. I usually drink it right after I use sunshine so I can use wild magic+asphy combo.
The rest is pretty straight forward.
If you're struggling I suggest going for armour and weapons with high DPS. I managed to get to wave 19 several time with only Chaotic staff, I was telling myself I couldv'e easily done this if I have better weapons.
Although I didn't use this guide, I was able to finish 20 waves using t80 weapons. I'm also fairly bad at eoc (didn't do much combat from the time it came out up until recently), so I feel like if I can do it anyone can. If you're having trouble getting this comp req feel free to pm me.
