Once you get the hang of it, it is quite easily possible with 80 tier weapons (cstaff/dual virtus).
For those having trouble, something I do recommend and you might want to add this to first post... is to use a charged slayer helm with titan scrolls and a steel titan. This way the people that are not used to using it will still get a random spec every now and then, and it is probably doing more to help than an ice nihil (with t80 I think the only thing you miss consistently on is kalgs?)
