Rush of Blood Easy Guide

I didn't stick to the gear used in this guide though, so I'll post what ended up doing it for me.
Armour: Elite Void (Mage and Ranged helmets, only switched to ranged one to toss Holy Water)
Staff: Nox Staff (If you were debating on this, definitely find a way to get one if only for Rush of Blood, it is a noticeable difference)
Boots: Warpriest of Armadyl (couldn't think of anything else to wear here)
Cape: The Fight Kiln one (melee as I don't own all three)
Scrimshaw: Scrimshaw of the Elements (bought off the G.E. helped as well)
Aura: Couldn't afford the best accuracy one, so I used Master
Ring: Ferocious Ring w/ unlock for Rush of Blood (not sure where this ranks in terms of helpfulness)
Amulet was Dragon Rider
Inventory was the same as originally posted, but with 3 Summon Pots and a stack of 250 Dreadnips (deployed only on Tormented Demons to help with forcing it's prayer change) and scrolls for Steel Titan, of course.
Still not the best method I'm sure, but it's an alternative to people still looking. (Made it to wave 21 and just stopped trying to go further
