How do new skill releases affect HLF, seeing as you need 99 in all skills to gain access the forums? Is it one of those things where once you have access, you are set for life (baring you don't get yourself in trouble)?

Yes, once you gain access, you stay forever as long as you don't get banned from the forums. .

surely too much work for mods to go though forums kicking pp off here that arent maxed lol
assuming adding and removing ppl is done manually right?
