mouseover text insanity

today's change to nis disables the mouseover text tick box to disable it? yeah i bug reported first, but anyone know a workaround?

I mean like... if you pulled out yer def abilities... cause you use immortality rarely or something, and now its all like "HAY YOU GUYS HERE IS ALL ABOUT RESONANCE" and yer like ah! what!? I know. go away.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons

okay there is a tick box in interface customization for "hide mouseover text" but all that does is hide the mouseover text for stuff in the bank (kinda needed for like colored potions).

where is a tick box for "hide mouseover text that explain what abilities do when you are in combat" cause that should simply happen when you lock your custom nis. it did until today or at least it had a hover one, two, three, four seconds before the text popped up. now it pops up right away and hides other abilities.

somebody else bug report it if you can explain what that is more clearly.

I'm not sure they know what they've done. Whoever did that has like 4 action bars HUD and theyre all hotkeyed. Thats not how all of us do it.
