As it is part of the Members Loyalty Program(me) which began in May 2012 and the first crown was distributed in September 2013, there can be no 11 year crown yet because it isn't time yet. We're still a year away for that to happen.

Do not think there will be a 11 year crown. They probably should wait a few years for a XV. Just a thought. Have every 5 years like they do with the capes.
