I would love to see The Skull region explored, etc.

I feel like Jagex went a bit too hard with the 'high level content' thing with the Arc though, bc now anything in the Skull region has to be either that tier or higher, and the Arc ended with T96 iirc, so ... uhm ... yeah, good luck. Jagex? @Chee__RS

That's pretty easy to solve. While in the 8 regions of the Eastern Lands (Arc through Shield), all skills go to level 120. We don't have to worry about balancing since most skills go back to level 99 when the player is not in the Wushanko Isles.
