Probably because when he hosts, there's always 100 people, which fills up the FC.
I tried going to a few events but gave up because of trying to be in the FC, but it was getting full lol.

A. Chat, Item flip and mercantile, It's enjoyable, kind of like receiving a rare drop from a monster.
