Umm just filled it out I'm utterly shocked I'm at 40.43% not counting particals. I have 4118 cwars games and quiet a few skills close to 200m so particals aren't included I'd estimate 50% plus including them etc.

cba verifying everything rn but I'm like almost 70% or so :/

edit: forgot to click cw 5k cape so might actually be 75 but cba checking till I finish 5.4

I mean there is no actual list or anything where you can check it in game? If you mean on this thread then you'd just have to take my word for it that it's correct.

Almost all of the requirements that take the most amount of time can easily be confirmed in-game: max xp, trim, mqc, ifb, joat, lil tuzzy, full kethsi, castle wars prof cape
