For me, probably clue scrolls, because they are always a frustration. Right from the moment you get them as a drop because of the troll loot beam, then usually a large amount of annoying clues (I used to particularly dislike emote and scan clues - but I found the puzzles themselves not bad), and finally the rewards which were always a huge frustration (sometimes the loot was so bad it was funny - like an 1.3k hard clue).

Heck even when avoiding them is annoying, because you need to waste 4 bank spaces.
