I just keep it off most of the time 'cause I'm often afk/not paying attention and rather not recieve any messages than miss them. :x

Used to turn it on for warbands so people could quickhop, but now you're told to turn it off or you're getting kicked, lol.

An irl friend asked me why I never responded to him when he pm'd me on rs a while back when I did combat and I hadn't even noticed that he had pm'd me because abilities removed chat so fast. :x

Also, I was happy that I had finally gotten to 99 rc unlike now, when people just get it while they're afk.

Oh, ability spam doesn't remove pms if you split them now?

And yeah.. I prefer to play with a small screen, so splitting now without the option to click through the chatbox would be leave me with like 50% interfaces and 50% non-interface screen area, lol.
