Hi guys, just got maxed cape about a week ago. I just found out about the maxed-only forums today when I checked my RS inbox. I got my maxed cape on Tuesday, last week, when I finally got 99 rc and hunter together. I had been taking a break from dung to work on my last 99's when regular toolbelt came out in December, and had planned to dung again when the dung toolbelt came out. Luckily, the dung toolbelt came out right after I got maxed

. So now only 5 dung levels, and 1 quest and fight kiln and I'll have my completionist cape

I maxed a while ago and been dunging ever since :/ it's such a shame to work so hard for your cape only to be trolled on so harshly by those around you. I literally broke bank for max on the last few buyables like con but I mean to be called a bot everywhere I stand just pisses me off. I really hope RuneScape trashes xp rates so I can hear people whine.. the sound is so soothing.
