so i got a new phone and would like to switch my authenticator over to it, the only way it seems to do that is to disable it and re enable it on the new device but the emails are not going through, iv double checked to make sure its going to the correct email and also not in spam.
what do

Yeah I tried to put my authenticator on a new phone last October and it wouldn't work, so I gave up and only keep my old phone charged up for authenticator when I need it lol.

This is a known issue with some providers. Ask in Community Led Account Help as I think the Community Helpers have updates on this problem.
