DirtyDrow - Your posts here are hidden automatically so no one else can see people reporting a problem. Only I can see them. So I've seen al 12 of your posts on this thread haha. I know you said you have, but delete your client (full delete, not just the shortcut) and re-install it. Then when you log-in, let your graphics fully load. Sometimes when the client is brand new or your computer is unfamiliar with the graphics, it takes a long time for them to render. Just give it time when you log-in. If none of that works, then try to update your graphics card.
