Tip.it has gone offline multiple times this year as only a single individual makes the manual monthly hosting payment for it and it has been missed a few times this year causing the downtime.

Oh that's a pity, hope they can get it back up and running. It's probably been my most used runescape affiliated website over the years, it's calcs have been invaluable.
