iirc they grow realllllly slow. I can remember fishing for like 2-3 days at catherby for them to progress once I had all 4 (+raven)

edit: I am
WRONG
, but not removing whole thing cause... ah... good times. Its just the three buttons at end in the lady's screenshot.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons

The god birds were put on the pet interface, under the follower section.
They cant be fed but as stated when you have them out, they grow ever
so slowly.

NINJA 1 February 2021 (Update):
The Saradomin owl, Zamorak hawk and Guthix raptor have been converted from object pets to interface pets.
If you own these god-birds already you will unlock them upon next log in - otherwise, they can be obtained by taking the egg from an incubator.
All three growth stages will become available on unlock.

So you should be able to choose age?
Remember Caz. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

This.

Everything else is wrong - they do not grow at all and they do not need to be fed - albeit no pet except for kittens are in need of being fed - the hunger display is purely cosmetic.

if you had a full grown one the options should be there to let it be a chick or mid ways grown or full grown.. look in the interface its on the right side of it after you choose the bird. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

What? Does this mean the owl chick will never grow? So if I want a full-grown owl I have to get rid of the chick and start again from the beginning???

As soon as you hatch it, you'll get all three growth stages at once in the interface - and you can switch between them as you like - so you also could revert your owl to a chick once more. And vice versa if you get sick of it again.

That is literally the behaviour of every single item pet converted to an interface one - obtain it and you'll have all growth stages - you just need to get the other colours as well if you want them.
