thaler would be the most consistently 'quick' way, but you can buy them from the deep sea fishing merchant sometimes and I think you can sometimes get them as a reward from opening those menaphite box things @Chee__RS

ive also had a couple from maw... but obviously not reliable. ive never farmed them when i did 200m slayer only way to get i think was rush of blood dd from morvran. maybe thaler was option then, but eh

Try doing movran dungeon. I get enough slayer tickets this way.

Cabbage FacePunch, during Spotlight, should be the fastest.

Fastest rate you can get from that, would be about 45, in 25 minutes, each day (you'd need a very good trio, for that, though).

Doing it solo will increase the amount of games you need to do, to reach the daily cap on bonus points, to 3.. as it's very difficult to reliably score >230 when soloing. If you can get 2 friends to do it with you, and get some practice at working together, it's fairly simple to get it done in 2 games.
