What's the fastest melee experience you can do? <_< >_>

I just have Attack and Strength left and I'm in the Abyss right now but I don't really like it here so I was wondering if I should switch to Abyssal Demons or go back to -vomits a little- Shattered Worlds? I could do Slayer too but I feel like that would be a lot slower and I'm trying to do the fastest thing possible

Are Vyres any good for melee? I'm just kinda stuck right now lol

Not that it helps irons much, but on my main I did a hefty portion of 99 att/ str and 120 def sitting at frost dragons. They're relatively easy, I didn't even have t90+. Required restocking every 3 hours (i used paper for the bones), but fast xp. Could load up on supplies and take a bonecrusher.
