This is what I use for slaying. I really like a semi hybrid setup. Not saying others should use the below setup, but I hope it gives some ideas

I just swap the bottoms around depending on the combat style.

My weps for slaying have precise 5 and a combo of invigorating 2 / Scavenging 2.

I know, sin, shock, horror I have scavenging on weps! But I'm unable to put top tier perks on weps and this works nicely for me with slayer.

Demon slayer + undead slayer (no rare components)

Scavenging and slayer goes together like peaches and cream, this combo works on armour too it's just I prefere on weps for now.

You probably noticed I like combos with my perks, hopefully smart combos. Of all the above I found biting 2 / venomblood the hardest combo to get. All the rest took far fewer attempts and less work getting the components. For biting, I think I have smithed well over 3k spears on the barbarian anvil, just for direct components!

Edit: This post turned out longer than I expected. Anyway, I hope it gives some ideas to play with. I think I have other screenies of perk combos (mostly defensive) but not so applicable for slayer, if anyone is interested I'll share if I can dig them up

Looks like you got a couple of slayer specific perks to get you started. If combos aren't working you can just go for singles too and upgrade later.

I'm still replacing perks from time to time. I have no where near optimal setups but I like to play around a little, that's fun for me (if I have the components to spare).

My hybrid body has gone through many gizmos, I got that body less than a week after invention came out. It's seen many changes and I think it wasn't until 99 invention that I got those 4 perks on it. It's been that way ever since and I love it

Still rocking my scav 2 aswell with precise 1, havent rly looked into it much
