hopefully quitting GarbageScape 3 soon, just planning on finishing up comp and getting the few other comp-y requirements like Sandy, Salty, Anachronia full lodge, etc.
Once that's done, I'll be 100% on the OSRS iron bc fuck this game.

That's a pity.
Edit:
Though I'd be weary of using loaded language "GarbageScape 3" when describing the current form when so heavily praising the monstrosity that is so-called old school. They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves that anymore as it's morphed so far away from how it was in 2007. Each to their own.

the game is pretty garbage at this point though, I'm only here to finish up completionist goals that I had from before I quit for OSRS

monstrosity? in what way? we have JMods who care about the game, effective reworks that RS3 is just now getting to / hasn't even started on, like POH rearrangement tools and new rooms for a fairy ring and spirit tree, not to mention bank placeholders we've had for 3+ years now. Sure, it's not exactly '2007'scape anymore, but I would still call it 'oldschool'.

Your opinion maybe, I personally do not agree. The game, like all games, has its problems. However, its problems are nothing in comparison to the content on offer.
Especially for you, you're iron, mtx doesn't affect your game. So your drops don't count for the logs, not the end of the world. Hate it by all means but being negative on here serves no purpose other than to reduce morale.
Oldschool retains its tag by graphics alone. You might be able to run it on a potato computer, but the rest of it is so far off the mark it shouldn't be advertised by its original tag.
It might have jagex support, but so far all I can see is a load of updates which have made the game easier for you and isn't that the reason you call rs3 garbage?
Part of a leaders duty is to listen to the people, but part is also to know when not to listen to the people. So-called OS is driven by the people and it'll be driven into the ground by the people.
It's a monstrosity with shit graphics and a playerbase which controls its direction. I'm not going to argue with you about it, you have your opinion and I have mine.

how is my opinion on slayer log at all relevant to this discussion? there are plenty of other reasons why I consider this game shit, it doesn't all hinge on one bad update

if that's what you think then I think you should take a serious look at OSRS and give it a fair shot, instead of using the pseudo-argument of 'oh it has bad graphics it must be a terrible game'
remember when people played games for fun? I don't see how reaching into a wallet to fork over money to Jagex is fun, do you?

Jagex mods determine what gets polled, it's their job to only poll appropriate content - polling 'should we give everyone 1M' is obviously going to get 75%+ because people don't understand how economy works. That's partially their fault, but I would argue it would be more the fault of Jagex for not knowing to not poll something like that.
I'm not going to say that OSRS polling is perfect, but it's effective for what it does. We don't get shit 'updates' like RunePass and DXP, smoldering lamps, or whatever limited time event Jagex is throwing at RS3 players to psychologically manipulate them - oh yeah have fun grinding mental health tokens
OSRS players do what they want, not what Jagex tells them to - but sure, have fun with your dailyscaping...
