Yeah, I could never do UIM or HCIM

I actually just lost my HCIM virginity* 2 days ago on my ironmain - pulled a Dovydaddy** and ran into the catacombs to burst dust devils and found out the hard way that I had a mystic hat equipped instead of slayer helm lmao

*unofficially a HC, I don't want scuffed stats on the HC highscores lol, the same reason I've only ever made normal irons

got all of my items back though so I'm not too bummed by it - woulda been nice to go longer without dying though

I feel you dying for the first time on your ironman an realizing that would of been it for your ironman is enough to keep you away from the game mode. Personally died for the first time on my ironman by somehow getting lured out of safe spot at fire gaints when I went afk to grab a snack. Not to mention the countless times I've died thieving do to not paying attention to hp lol. Runescape herb farmer an farming fanatic ^_^

i killed myself at 1k total to loose red helm just cuz i dont like the stress of it lol. used this account to gmaul my iron lol
my first actual death was falling asleep while blackjacking lol. i only had around 20-40 hp at the time. i died several times blackjacking tho. its so boring idk how anyone stays focused on it without stuff Old School

I guess some people can be hyper-focused, like boaty. I have no idea other than that though - I'm waaaaayyyy too distracted/distractable to be able to do blackjacking lol, like ever

I'm kinda sad they nerfed ardy knights because that was my go-to for Thieving training; now I'm going to actually have to be attentive, which ... I have no idea how that's going to turn out lol

I can't even do Pyramid Plunder - that minigame is both stressful and boring at the same time (HOW? IDK)

pick pocketing without ardy 2 is horrible lol. was failing ardy knights more at 97 without ardy 2 than i was at like 80 with. blackjacking and pp are only reasonable options with 1 def. but thats the most efficient way anyway

at least on osrs it only changes the color of your helm when you die. you dont loose your account Old School
