Not getting the 10% boost from continued use of pulsecores.

Its not that the buff just isn't showing, I am not getting the boost, though I am getting the initial xp boost, just not the addtl 10%.

Have reloaded client and unequipped pulsecores, issue still persists.

Have not been able to find anybody else having this issue, so are any of you having it?

as fast as it was fixed, its broken again! bad Jagex. :c
