Can anyone else try this? Try downloading the launcher, or just try going to content.runescape.com , it's not working for me at all. I am stuck at "Loading Application Resources" , and my guess is that some server that downloads content to people is down. Eternal follower of Lord Chisp

If you're from the US, this is why. There's currently an issue affecting some US players. They cannot download the client off the website, nor launch the client.

There's two known ways to get around this while we wait for Jagex to fix this:

1) Wait - people find that if they wait long enough (seems be around 10-20mins), it opens up eventually.

2) VPN - this is the quickest way. You use a VPN and connect to the UK. Launch the client and you should see it load. Once it arrives at the login screen, turn off the VPN. Log in with your normal connection. The VPN is only needed to get past the launch stage. .
