1. "community led billing support" is radically offensive. it should never have existed. clear security risk. delete that whole subforum, and similar discord channel, etc. no no no.
2. add to "why are you canceling membership?" choices the answer "customer support sucks." we don't want to be canceling first in order to renew, but the real reason is that customer support, billing support, etc really really suck. the only choices allowed right now pin the blame on other teams like "the game got boring" or "not enough updates."
the game is fine. I love the game.
3. start to let us leave rsof by requesting prunes. I used to admin a big UBB, as big as this, back in 1997 to 2002 for resident evil. I pruned by user many times, but each time I ask about doing that here I get a conspicuous "run around" answer betraying... that... either no one has the old control panel password, and/or god help you if mention that GDPR is based on a newly defined "right to be forgotten" because it sounds like we found something actionable and are coming to sue. no. not. nope.
dozens of reasons make good sense why. it seems a mistake to get into the why of it. the easiest seems to be that... we are all unable to block players we dont like from reading what we put here. this has to have come up before... like two players got divorced or something, and itd obviously cause problems if they had to write near each other at these forums all the time, but couldnt use block features like everywhere else on the net since 2002.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons
