UPDATE (14:35 GMT) - Our Coldfix update has now released and
the issue should be resolved

UPDATE (14:05 GMT) - We have a Coldfix rolling out to address the JAG login issue, which will result in a server reboot at approx. ~14:30 Game Time. Once this has completed, we'll post back here.

We'd really appreciate if you could report back to confirm this fix has unblocked you once the update has released just to make sure we've got this resolved. Thanks for your patience and stand by for further news.

UPDATE (13:45 GMT) - We have a build with a potential fix in QA now. We hope to have more to share shortly.

We're aware of an issue related to the Jagex Account Guardian preventing players to login.

Umm, no, I can't submit a bug report in the game. I can't log into any world - as you keep telling me to disable JAG in Account Settings, but nothing in A.S. mentions the JAG.

Per @jagexhelpfrost on twitter, Jagex is aware that everyone that still has the JAG active on their account, even though it's not in the account settings, has been locked out.

And they wonder why we don't run to enable their latest "security" feature.

I cannot log in either. All I can do is to wait for them to solve ?
Ive had few trials to quit playing rs but failed.
Maybe this time i can.
I've had troubles with game access & it's too complicated for me to deal with these technical problems. Maybe I give up this time.
