I just got a new mouse with an extra left click button that clicks 3 times when only pressed once. is this allowed bannable?

If your session presents signatures of automated and/or unattended game play, you're risking a macro offense.

Mapping single key presses to gaming mice or keyboards is the only "advanced" functionality allowed.
