I think the "uber" cape and completionist capes should be separate. If you do decide to make it one cape I think it should be all or nothing for minigames. It doesn't make sense to me to require all of the champs challenge done but not another minigame like fish flingers.
If they were separate I'd say uber should be:
99 in all skill + 120 dung
All quests complete
All tasks complete
All Music unlocked
Completionist would be uber +:
Champions Challenge – All of them
White Knights – Master White after 1600 Black Knight kills
Vyrewatch Corpse Burning – Improved Flail after 500 Vyres burned
Chompy Hat – 4k kills
Barbarian Assault – Level 5 all roles
Mobilising Armies – Level 400+ to unlock the highest investment credit option
Castle Wars Professional Cape
Stronghold of Security
Stronghold of Player Safety
Jennica’s Ring locations
Broomstick from Swept Away
Complete POH Bookcase
Complete scarabite notes + ancient pages from mith dragons
Circus Outfits – These store with Ringmaster on “destroy option”
Balloon Routes – Unlock all routes
Eagle Transport - Unlock all routes
Best fish flinger tacklebox
Finish shattered hearts
Inferno Adze
Tarn's Lair - salve (e)
Rogue Trader – opens Ali Morrisane's extra shops
Zammy mage miniquest for abyss
Desert Slayer Bosses - opens portals in dungeon below Pollnivneach
Hopespear’s Will
The Shadow Sword
Wizard Burial
All court cases
25 chimp ice delivered
And anything else I didn't think of.
I might be a bit biased since I like completing everything but it would still be epic
