All Champions defeated (1 is enough, doing them all could take ages if you're unlucky) -- Seriously killing 50k goblins is not my idea of uber.
4k chompy kills -- Once again, mass slaughtering something boring as hell is not my idea of uber.
POH statue -- 30 or 50 or whatever it is weeks would just be a stupid requirement, keep this POS Statue as just that, a stupid cosmetic reward.

So, onto what we are looking at for now:
99 in all skills, except: yes
120 in Dungeoneering yes
All quests complete yes
All tasks complete yes
All Music unlocked yes
All Magic unlocked (Mage arena spells +Bones2Peaches) no
300+ Rank in Mobilising Armies no
Maximum Kudos in varrock museum yes can do it w/ all quests
All "Hidden" content complete... (Ghostly robes/Shadow sword/Skippy for example) yes and no.

--- Other things that we are thinking of ---

All Champions defeated no just 1 champion
Highest Chompy hat unlocked no exp waste
Statue completed in POH no bigger exp waste

There are other things we've thought on that might not be on the list, this is just to give you an idea of what we are thinking of. no minigame achievements they fail epically.

D&ds shouldnt be included. Neither should minigames. (Apart from songs cause you don't have to spend 375837748 hours playing ba with morons for the song)

Making people spend an extra 30 weeks doing dead content (see: shattered hearts / court cases (I believe these take a minimum of 20 weeks, 10 2 week timers and 6 (5 not couting mugger) timerless ones)) for a cape is pretty retarded. Chompy hats, really? Full profound?

Don't wanna spend well over a year doing games I don't like for a cape, sorry. If anybody argues "well I have full profound it should be a req hurr durr" that's even more stupid. Should be realistically achieveable by everyone, not just you.

All in all, don't go OTT with the extra required content. As Mat said on page 2 (I think), maybe a set of the worst Cw armour, 100 mob rank, 2 pieces of the statue, 3 court cases, etc. I still think anything more than an I imp banner is pushing it though... Unslain Bosses - Clan

i think the quest should stick to quest

hidden and extra to hidden and extra content such as
shadow sword, ghostly robes, the prayer thing from the zanik quest chompy hats black knight rank,unlocking the areas after summers end well u get the hint
those types kinda like the hidden quest features or extra features

minigames should be like getting all roles ba
getting high castle wars stuff mobile army

99 well 99 all 4 sure

ubercape should be like all the above completeing all minigames,extra hidden content,99s,champion scrolls unlocking music uber should just be all except for maybe veteran or is this asking far to much for a cape

maybe could be a noober cape for people not 99 that completed all content

dont want to cross contaminate anything but maybe some type of super duper uber cape

just to add im not to big on to much like chompy and champ scrolls mini games but some people enjoy that portion of the game as long as it stays to that portion i dont want to play mini games to get like a skill cape

the only bad thing about capse is there will be more catagorizing people but really if thats what they enjoy guess shouldnt be a bad thing

No to the last 3 for the same reason why you wouldn't put full top Castle Wars armor. I think "all emotes" could go either way as well. Duckie / Top 50 in Con / Top 100 in Smith and Craft
