No animation + no particle effects + capes look like team capes from wildy = big disappointment.

Atleast the stats will be good...hopefully.

I'm hoping the thing in the museum is the second veteran cape. My reasoning is that we can't get it for another year anyway, so it makes sense that it's sealed off. Also, it has a v design built into it like the blue vet cape does.
If this is the Comp cape, I'll never wear it; it looks so damn gaudy.
