@phar I prefered putting it near the fence SE of your spot. I ran around ranging most spawns too so that I didnt miss one.
It hit the south ones too there... not many went west I found.. and I ranged them anyway

My reasoning behind the cape in the museum being the Completionists is because the Max cape is similar, but it's less detailed, plus, the Completionists cape is placed behind a barrier and is obviously being protected by the guard because of it's superiority. (Not sure why the chicken is there).
Anyone know what the cape is next to the Max cape? Possible "Cape of 90s"? Owner of an

yeah i think youre right and idk what the blue cape is. i really hope the less detailed version in varrock isnt the completionist once you get it off the museum stand.

I think the cape beside maxed cape is cape of 10's level 10. It looks like a 1 under the neck line so I'm guessing on the 90's cape it will be a 9 and maybe more detailed.

Thing that pisses me off is that it has a hood still... like as a seperate item.. make it a toggle up or down option with a right click.
Losing hood and spending 10m for a cape back thanks jagex.. for a useless piece to a cape.
