i can agree to all skills 99+120 dung and all music unlocked as well as all tasks and quests done - this is what makes a passionate gamer :)

But stuff like minigame rewards (cw armour, bones to peaches, mob army ranks) is a bit over the top, some of these actions take way longer then 200m in a skill and are (for me) not fun at all, also with having all music tracks unlocked you have at least tested all these before

also im against any adds that depend on luck (champ scroll for example), there is no fair way to get this same difficult for everyone

not to mention that many of us have way less cw games played on their highscore then they actually really have... when it was new i had 220 tickets with 70 games or so O_o

There is a "Maxed" 99 all cape for players like yourself which don't want to do the extra work.



I'd rather wear my 120 dg cape as that "max" cape is total rubbish and any noob can wear that

amen to that....i honestly couldnt have put it any better myself nor did i have the time to explain it but i totally aggree with this post i also find it incrediby unfair how some people get the scroll on their first 10 kills while some of us waste hours of kills with no damns scroll drop and luck was never on my side in this stupid game so i dont see why luck is involved with obtaining a cape,but seriously jagex 20+ hours for one song??? i swear their aim is to appeal to people without lives only since everything on this game takes ridicously long its no wonder that so many players take advantage of bots and i can bet half of the high level players did not get all their 99's legitimately bisky being perfect example while you have players like myself who actually stick to all you're rules and dont even account share like so many people on runescape that need 2-3people playing one acc for it to be anywhere near good

i just read the list on page 10 and it doesnt seem all bad the only i have is obtaining the scroll and you compare to the new spells....well at least you seem progressing with everything esle,but for this one stupid scroll you have no idea when you will finally obtain the stupid scroll

It took me 12 tasks (seems about average) for the Sprectre champion scroll after they released it. I don't think that's *TOO* bad compared with other things on the list.

Like all magic spells (b2p, god spells, new lunar ones)

1.5k spectres or 45.1 hours at livid farm + both mage arenas

I choose 1.5 spectres, but that's my personal opinion, you're entitled to yours.

All Magic unlocked | - why is this separated out from 99 mage skill? seems that other magic things are from mini games so being forced to play the mini games to achieve this

300+ Rank in Mobilising Armies | no no no -- hell no
Maximum Kudos in Varrock museum | No
All "Hidden" content complete | No
All Champions defeated | No
Highest Chompy hat unlocked | No
Statue completed in POH | No

All Prayer unlocked | No
All abilities unlocked | No
5K Castle Wars matches | no no no

I do not think that mini games like CW or Livid should be required in order to wear cape. If the mini games are included, then only require that they be tried, not necessarily maxed points - such as BA or CW.

Max Kudos (If you're done all the quests and tasks, you pretty much have max kudos anyway)

^ Pretty much full support for the page 10 list. The other stuff I would rather not see.

The shattered heart statue... should definitely NOT be added, and if it is decided to add it, give us a window of 30 weeks to complete the statue, please.



On that note, can we possibly see a grace period introduced with this cape? Basically every system update is going to render us ineligible for this cape.

I realize we should have them completed, but sometimes we make plans, and a random system update could throw that awry. I'd like to use the best gear available to me, naturally.

Basically meaning here that I don't want another Livid Farm type update to make me spend 45 hours before I can resume my plans.

I'd like a grace period from the time of the update, depending on the size of content release. 24-48 hours, possibly with a message upon login.

"You are ineligible for your Completionists Cape. You have (10,20,24,30,40,48 choose one based on update size) hours to meet the criteria.

Quest cape I can understand, because quests are rarer. But every system update (pretty much) is a little on the annoying side to lose our cape.
