Start accepting timestamp screenshots if you haven't already?
So if a non maxed player gets IFB before a maxed player but the maxed player happens to be on HLF and posts his first to get a rank higher you'll know they deserve to be higher.
Although the issue with the non maxed player is asking them to provide a screenshot for total kc or don't wish to be part of the IFB hiscores which can happen. Unless you know friends or someone who knows that person. I'm sure most will but in the offchance they don't then it's fair game I guess.

They'd still be on the list regardless of KC screenshot, it's just a bonus to show people what kind of variations people have on getting each of the pets really, and for the chronological order of people getting the title, i can always confirm with a J-Mod just to make sure if needed.
