I have unlocked the
Insane Final Boss
title and the
Jack of All Trades
title on the 24th of September 2017, but was never added to the Insane Final Boss Hiscores.

As shown in the picture, I've unlocked these titles at the same time. Proof for the exact date can be found in the Skill Pet Titles Hiscores (Quick find code: 259-260-266-65906480).

I'm sorry for posting this late, but I hope this can be adjusted. Thanks in advance.

I do not own screenshot of the total boss killcount, but according to my calculations I had around 42000 total boss killcount at that time.
