There are several players scattered about RuneScape that I thoroughly enjoy. That said, two stand out - Zix12a and CricketMoon.

I don't really have one.

I suppose those I like the most would be Clan friends (not RS-Clan-system-clan, but the ones I've done things with since long before RS, and no, we don't use a clan-system clan, only fcs, and off-site chats - and somtimes high-jack abandoned clans' chats, to guest in, if we need over 100 people in one chat at once, and the overlay chats are down).

Out of those, some of my closest friends, and folks I admire would be (not necessarily current rsns, or rsns at all):

Soli - great friend, always done lots together, and co-run one of the sub-groups within the Clan.

Tommi - very supportive and helpful, always done his best for folks.

N'corzhai (now deceased) - was awesome friend, always cared about folks, and would do practically anything for them; was also always trying to bring folks together more.

Jenk - inspiring player who although they're now over 90, continues to take part in anything you throw at him.

Merikyeilia - awe inspiring skills at completely random and pointless things, doing them tik-perfect, and just unfathomably.

Posey & Elkuuin - great pair, who met on RS, and have been married for 11 Years, pretty much the top Gop duoers, and always welcoming and cheerful.

Sally (male, and ja, he has that name, spelled that way, irl) - Always good fun, and long term team-mate for several competitive things.

Kassira - very good friend, always supportive and helpful.

Many others who I feel really guilty leaving out.

I always had a huge respect to Syzygy and Meneer Naab, both top f2p players, too bad Syzygy got hacked and quit
