Hi, Not sure if I have a problem or not, and where to go if I have so I am hoping someone here can help.
Today when I logged on I had 2 emails in my Runescape box - both from billing, both saying We're just sending a quick message to confirm that we've received your payment and updated your account. Thank you for your custom, both go on to talk about subscription, but that might be a standard email - both are unexpected.
This concerned me as I have a Premier yearly subscription, not due to run out until January.
But when I go to my billing page, it says I have a 3 month membership subscription which runs out June 2021 (which is likely right because - Premier ends Jan, I had paid 3 month in advance when I then took out the very first Premium, and then through various methods I have gained a month here and there ... and have continued to do so)
But my billing page does not mention the Premier yearly subscription. - (although a colleague seemed to think it never has done).
Should it say Premier ?
where else can I check it?
I have checked my bank, and weirdly, no payment seems to have gone out - but it could be pending somewhere.
But if no payment has been taken, what are these 2 billing emails for? (its in my rs box, not my every day email box, I checked, there is nothing in my regular email box)
And finally, who and where in Jagex can I take this up?
