How long does this roughly take these days? Going for comp cape and I remember hearing 250+ hours on release. Is this still the case?

Thankfully, Menaphos task set isn't required for Comp Cape

But it shows Menaphos Pyramid Scheme as a requirement under the achievements tab?

The tasks include T10 rep in all factions etc

For regular Comp you need to reach Tier 10 overall reputation and complete all quests (this is the 'Pyramid Scheme' achievement), and for Trim you need to reach Tier 10 reputation in all factions and complete the Slayer Codex.
