Why is my Four-Leaf Clover necklace always activating twice at the same time. Is this a bug/glitch? It's also the only time I get an XP buff from it. It didn't used to work like this before I quit. The 3% xp buff was permanent for as long as there were charges and it would only give you one item every 10 minutes so the only thing that I can think is that it is bugged as I have looked at wiki and there have been no apparent changes
