There are a ton of them indeed. Wish Jagex would fix it, wouldn't be particularly hard. We PKers are helpless against them since they don't risk a single gp and just come back when they die.

I'm sure that Jagex could outright target and ban these bots specifically. We hardly see any bots elsewhere so they must have the knowledge and resources to drop the ban hammer on them. I think the best thing to do would be to raise awareness so that Jagex will notice and take action.



Otherwise, Revenants are OK as they are - we don't need anti-bot changes pushing to them. There are changes I would suggest to the content to make it fairer and more attractive for all parties, but no knee-jerk changes to the content based on bots please.

I don't think I would mind if they cast tele-block every once in a while. I think that would add a little more risk to the area and would help slightly with solving the problem. Revenants are a little too safe right now.

The area doesn't need more risk. The rewards are underwhelming and incredibly inconsistent as-is; therefore, adding more unnecessary inconveniences such as Teleblocking (which makes banking difficult) will only kill the content for regular players more.

I'm tired of Jagex bending-over backwards for PKers. The Wilderness is dead because its often too in-favour of the PKers. If the Wilderness was balanced to encourage risk without massive disadvantes else then it would be more lively.



If you wanted to change Revanants, then you could do the following:

• Revenants now have "Ancient Fragments" as an uncommon drop.

• Ancient Fragments can be used to create Ancient Warrior's equipment, similar to how Sirenic scales can be used to create Sirenic armour.

• The more Ancient Fragments the player carries, the more chance they have at receiving a rare drop.

• Holding Ancient Fragments will prevent you from Teleporting, however its magic is not powerful enough to disrupt the Lodestones, and therefore you can still use Home Teleport.

• If a player dies with Ancient Fragments, they will keep half of the stack; and drop the rest.


The changes I've written above should achieve the following:

- Make the reward more consistent; gives players a better reason to go there.

- Encourages and greatly rewards risk. Does not unfairly punish PvMers.

- Gives PKers a mild advantage by preventing players from Teleporting, but if the player really wants to escape they can do so by forfeitting their Ancient Fragments.

- Does not unfairly inconvenience the player; they can still Home Teleport for safe banking.

- Makes it a lot easier to kill bots.

personally i think its a disgrace that the poor revenants are locked up in that dungeon

best plan would be to just let them roam the wilderness freely like they used to

if you want to farm ancient gear, there is always the chaos ele lol (got stat warhammer 2nd kill of a 4 chaos ele reaper task the other week lol)

there are MORE than enough other monsters in the game for people to kill, having the revs as farmable monsters was never necessary

I did the rev thing for the tasks (month+ after it came out) armourless and 2 top kek pkers tag teamed me. I hope the 10k worth of sharks they got off of me made their day.
