The Appeal Response
After a comprehensive review of this account there is sufficient evidence to suggest the offence was applied correctly. There is no suggestion that the offence was applied in error.
However, as this is a temporary offence the good news is that you will be able to return to game once your offence has expired. To check when this is, simply log in to your account on the RuneScape website to view your offence history.
Please understand that our decision is final and that we haven't reached this conclusion lightly. It's important to remember that as described in our terms and conditions, the account creator is responsible for the account's behaviour, so highly encourage you to read the Rules of RuneScape before starting a new adventure to avoid a similar situation in future.
TLDR
I know I was using the Official Client + A USB Mouse and no third party software.
When playing 10 alts manually on the same computer / world, their "bot detection" really cant tell between human players and 5+ alts, genuinely makes me lose interest in the game (and confidence in Jagex)
The "good news" is that I can continue playing and get permanently banned to another falsely applied ban later on, which is basically saying it's not worth continuing investing time/gp in alts.
Putting this on the HLF at this point mainly for those thinking about running 5-10 alts, it's genuinely not worth it, I was running 5 without a problem, after I increased to 10 I was being flagged (manually clicking each window and client), I was falsely banned, and Jagex thinks it was applied correctly.
